Internationally (common law) qualified Commercial Lawyer with experience in transaction advisory, consulting, policy and governance, and legal training. I have worked on complex legal transactions including Public Private Partnerships (specifically issues with JV agreements and the creations of SPVs) , commercial dispute settlements, contract negotiations and re-negotiations, regulatory compliance etc. I have advised organisations on internal governance issues including disciplinary procedures, complaint procedures, privileges procedures etc. I have further advised on data privacy issues, tech promotion, and Intellectual Property issues. From a legal training perspective, I have trained hundreds of students and lawyers on issues surrounding contracts, commercial law practice, torts, supply chain and, international investment law. I have keen interest in shipping law, smart technology (autonomous technology, blockchain, smart contracts, cyber security ), commercial law, investment law, and other ancillary areas.
