Naomi is a legal practitioner, who has gained experience as an Associate at AELEX, a full-service commercial and dispute resolution law firm with offices in Nigeria and Ghana, where she was a member of the Corporate/Commercial, Company Secretarial, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Trade, Banking & Finance, and Transportation Practice Groups of the Firm.
She has garnered experience in legal research, advisory, drafting and documentation review, alternative dispute resolution, company secretarial duties, probate and administration of estates.
She has undergone a secondment with an international law firm, Stephenson Harwood LLP, at its London office, gaining knowledge, experience and skills in the areas of international legal practice and office management, international trade and marine law, commercial litigation and arbitration, client interviews and relationship and collaboration.
She is also an academic mentor for undergraduates and law school students.
